We consider training as the backbone of our services. A fully trained training team comprising of ex-defence Officers & Junior Commissioned Officers impart training to our personnel.
The recruitment is done on a regular basis from individuals coming to the office, through advertisements, recruitment rallies in neighboring villages and recruitment, rallies for the Armed & Para-Military Forces.
The company strongly believes that continuous training is essential to provide quality service to its esteemed clients. It focuses its efforts to understand and identify client’s requirements and employ effective techniques for imparting training to its guard force. It also continuously upgrades and updates its system and knowledge in accordance with ever changing security scenario.

Entry Level Training
On Site Training -
Prior to the commencement of contract and occasionally later, the training is imparted on site.
Customized Training -
brings familiarity with the work expected and raises the confidence level.
On Job Training -
It takes care of special requirements of any of the clients. Of course, the Company constantly updates job knowledge and skills by keeping liaison with various institution and loss prevention organizations.
It remains totally committed to train its guard force to become professionally competent and highly effective.
Refresher Training
Simulation Training –
We have provision for live demonstrations and practice in fire fighting, evacuation drills and procedures, unarmed combat, baton drill, gate house duties, fire arms firing practice for the armed guards, first aid, search procedures, patrolling and night operations.
On Site Training –
Any weaknesses noticed in Security services at the clients’ premises are addressed through our training staff, which imparts practical training at the clients’ locations. This is an extremely effective methodology as the weaknesses get addressed on the spot and the absorption levels are very high.

Control Room Operations
• Deployment of security personnel
• Reporting of arrival/departure of guards at various assignments.
• Taking care of Security duties and arranging relief in case of a guard falling sick or not being in a position to report for duty, for any other reasons.
• Recording of complaints from the clients, taking remedial action under intimation to the clients and keeping own management informed of these.
• Coordinating night checks.
• Handling incidents like fire, bomb threat, medical injuries etc. reported by guards from clients premises.
• Keep close liaison with the police and the nearest medical and fire brigade departments.
• Coordinating/controlling operational supervision by the supervisors in the field.
